There are a few ways to perform the bear complex. We will take a two minute rest in between each of the rounds of 7. You will decide the weight, but each round it will get progressively heavier. For instance, round one, you may want to start at 95 lbs and by round 5 finish at 175 lbs. I cannot stress the importance of CHALLENGING yourself in this WOD. If you go too light, it will seem easy. If you misjudge and have to drop weight, so be it. It can be performed at a SQUAT CLEAN TO PRESS, BACK SQUAT TO PRESS (one rep). Score will be based upon total time it takes to complete 5 rounds (minus 8 minutes of rest) and weights. GO HEAVY, GO FAST, BE SAFE!
