If you haven’t read last night’s post the A,B,C and Ds of why we shouldn’t eat grains, do yourself a solid and READ it. Good. Now that we are beginning to learn why certain foods (deemed healthy BTW by the USDA) are crap, how do we proceed? We suggest you start with Breakfast. Eat a full breakfast consisting of a lean protein, carbohydrates and some fat. Refer to the following list for examples of each.
We can all benefit from those of you who have already righted your nutritional ship and love to cook. Breakfast can be the most difficult meal to prepare once all the crap has been eliminated. We are asking everyone to share their favorite Paleo Breakfast recipes in the Community Forum under Nutrition. Please limit recipes to Breakfast and not the “muffin variety”. This will serve as an online cookbook for members of CFF.
