“Tabata Fight Gone Bad“
Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:
Wall-ball 20/14 (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75/55 (Reps)
Box Jump 20 (Reps)
Push-press 75/55 (Reps)
Row (Calories)
There is 30 second transition break between exercises.
Each exercise is scored by the lowest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.
Sunday Morning’s Schedule
Sunday morning CFF’ers may pick their poison. Option #1 is the scheduled class at Florian with Jennifer, start time 10:30 am.
Option #2 is running the Canton Fall Classic (5K or 10K). Start time is 10 am with registration closing at 9:45 am. We are meeting at 1375 Washington St, arrive anytime after 8:30 am. Kids and non runners are welcomed. Beau and Anna-Li’s house is 200m from the start/finish line. There is also a 1K fun run for the kids, 9:45 am. Post race hydration to follow.
